Dear Layton,

I wanted to write you to let you know of the excellent service that I received late last Friday from Keri.

Late Friday afternoon we realized that an order that we had sent to another firm for printing was not going to be printed because they had gone out of business. Because I have had experience in dealing with your firm before, I suggested that we send the order to your firm. I contacted Keri around 3:30 and explained the situation to her. She said that would be no problem and that she would be happy to help out.

Because we had color paste ups that needed to be incorporated into the set, I needed to deliver some prints to be included in your set. I arrived at your office at 5:00 and my entire order was done and ready to be sent out by 5:30. Keri took care of sending my order out by FedEx as well.

To receive such service late on a Friday after a week of snow and slow traffic with such cheerfulness was really a treat. Thank you so much!

I can't tell you how much stress you guys relieve me of.  It is so nice to be able to hand over all of the bidding "stuff" to you and know that it will get done properly.  I'm a control freak in many aspects of my life, but I have no problem trusting you to get the job done.  Thanks.

Keith,

I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your help today.  Sometimes, when clients are under pressure, they make demapnds that seem insurmountable.  We experienced such a demand today from one of our clients in Arizona.  The client wanted large format color copies in his hands "immediately".

I immediately called you for help.  Keith, you were kind and efficient while coordinating our need with your sister company in Arizona.  The task was impossible to begin with -- but you facilitated a near perfect execution -- one a little later than "immediately", and the client got the copies in his hands today.

It's a true pleasure knowing the team at ERS had our backs on this one.  Thank you Keith for making it happen.  I look forward to more opportunities to work with you in the future.

I want to compliment Engineering Repro for their services last week on the copies the produced for the Minnesota Dept. of Commerce DEIS on the Otter Tail Power BST project.

They did a great job in producing 100 copies over the weekend for a 200 pg. document along with many color maps and figures.

We also appreciate the discounted price they gave up.  We were able to pass this along to our client, Otter Tail Power.

To whom it may concern,

I don't normally send out notes like this but after an experience with Jose I felt compelled to say something.

I had the pleasure of working with a Temp employee of your a couple weeks ago in the St. Cloud office.  Jose was extremely helpful and went above the norm to help my company out with a failry large job quickly.

I was extremely please with his work ethics and his willingness to help.  I had a job that needed to get done the next day, and he was able to pull off what I thought was a very difficult task.

He told me he was able to get it done the nexy day, and he did.  We are extremely please with his work and will definitely bring any other jobs of that nature to your company if the rest of your employees are even 75% as capable as he is.
